In the AIIMS exam, candidates are required to attempt 10 questions each based on logical reasoning with reason and assertion and English language.

To prepare for this section, reading newspapers helps a lot. Online english mock tests can help you improve command over English.

For the logical reasoning section you can refer to popular reference material by Aim4aiims and other GK books by Ajay Mohan and General Knowledge, Aptitude and Logical Thinking for AIIMS by Sunil Nain.

Stay updates with the current happenings. Regular practice can help you in scoring higher.

In All India institution of Medical science(AIIMS) Examination apart from Physics, chemistry, Biology there are is a special sections based on General knowledge , Aptitude and logical Thinking. A total of 20 questions are supposed to come from this section. From previous year examinations it basically asks question from History, Geography, invention & Discoveries, literature, general science, economics, space science, information Technology, Terminology, Abbreviations etc. Apart from this some questions are expected from current affairs like sports , politics, Awards. some questions are also from logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, Nonverbal reasoning section. Here each right answer will reward 1 mark, for 1 wrong answer 1/3 of the mark will be deducted, An unattempted answer will fetch zero Mark's.
First of all, read newspapers daily, briefly. It's the only way to get to know about general knowledge and current affairs. There are also another books from which you can take help-
