I'm sorry but you cannot get admission in KGMU without NEET. 

You need to give the exam.

Admission in MBBS program in all universities and colleges are done on the basis NEET score except AIIMS & JIPMER campuses so if you wish to get seat in KGMU,Lucknow then also you will have to appear in NEET as this is one of the top medical college in India so its cut off goes very high and without NEET, getting seat there is not possible.
