IPU Admissions are based on an entrance exam -IPU - CET. The Indraprastha University,New Delhi has several affliated colleges which offer various courses and also for the intake for BA Economics Hons. 

You have to apply and appear for the test condcuted by the university itself and get a certain rank to get admitted in the Indraprastha university affiliated colleges.
