Candidates with executive MBA qualifications are usually much more mature and balanced in their approach. They understand management principles and apply them better. They are also better prepared and ready to handle middleand senior-level responsibilities.

one expects to get a fat pay check after graduating from a business school like IIMA, the decision of taking up/not taking up an offer should not solely be based on the salary package.

When it comes to the PGPX program, people mostly end up getting into their Pre-MBA domains/industries but at better positions. Also, the expectations from such professionals is also more than that of an average joe. So, if you aspire for a generic 9–5 job where you want to shut your laptop at 5 dot, that cannot happen in high paying role(at least in India).
