Hello,
Regarding spot counselling,it depends on the numbeteof vacancies after the final rounds of seat allotments.Now it varies every year.The seats which are still vacant after counselling procedure are filled in by spot counselling rounds.It is generally notified on the official website of IPU.Keep checking the website for regular updates.Also it would had beem better if you had mentioned for which course you are looking for.

Keep checking the official website of GGSIPU.Students clearing CLAT are also eligible for admission in GGSIPU now.Delhi students get more preference because 85% of the seats are reserved for them and the rest for the students outside Delhi.
