Dear Anjali, for you to be eligible to study M.Sc in Physiology or Anatomy, you should have studied these subjects in your Bachelor's degree. As BAMS has both these subjects in the curriculum, you are eligible to study Masters either in Physiology or Anatomy.

Yes I can go for m.sc physiology  after your bams degree .. may you have this study about physiology ...may you have studied physiology   as  a subject so you can choose the master in Physiology after bams..  it have a great scope in India nowadays.
