Yes you will get the benefit of 50% seats quota for admission in AIIMS, bhopal when you take your PG entrances. Doing MBBS from AIIMS raipur will not cease your domicile of Madhya pradesh. For domicile benefit of MP you must complete the eligibility criteria required in the PG exam, the college you do MBBS from will not affect it.
