• Firstly they don't charge a single ruppee of tuition fee from pwd candidates. 
• Yes pwd get full fee waiver. 
• So there's no need to get tensed. 
• You may apply for other scholarships like NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP, OP JINDAL SCHOLARSHIP, PWD SCHOLARSHIP.
• but you won't get much because your tuition fee is already waived off.
