Last year a candidate belonging to general category with rank 20915 (home state) secured admission to Mechanical Engineering in National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. A with rank 16075 (Other state) belonging to general category secured admission to Mechanical Engineering in National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. Considering the previous year cut off you need to secure rank in between 15000-20000. To secure such rank you need to score 99 percentile or above and you should aim to score minimum 250-260 marks or above in JEE Main.
