Congratulations on opting law as your interest. Coming to your question, GLC, Mumbai takes admission for 3 and 5 year law on entrance basis. There is no such way to apply directly to it for entrance on merit basis.

Eligibility criteria 

Candidate must have obtained the Bachelor’s Degree of Mumbai University or any other equivalent recognised University in any faculty.

Candidate must have obtained a minimum 45% marks for admission to the First Year LLB. (5% relaxation for the reserved category students)

For admission to GLC ,you have to go through CET and clear it . Students are only taken on the basis of their merit in exams and should have a minimum of 50% in their last qualifying exam as in your case , graduation . No one is given a direct admission .
