I would suggest to to start reading books in English of your syllabus. By reading you will start understanding english terms and slowly slowly you will become used to the English language of your syallabus. Firstly study the concept in your language and then understand the concept and then read the English version and try to highlight difficult terms or beside those terms write its english meaning. And also make notes in both the languages so that you can revise anytime. Use offline dictionary or watch youtube videos in hindi with English subtitles. Also use google translate to convert hindi language to english in case you find it difficult to translate. Keep reading practicing. All the best to you.
