Unfortunately, no. Your class 12 score (assuming it's your best of 4 score) is a little low for B.Com Programme.

Compared to reservation categories like SC and ST, Kashmiri Migrant (KM) category cutoff is a little higher. For eg, when an ST has cutoff of 63, the KM category will have a cutoff of 81 percent.

So, yes, your chances of getting into BCOM (P) is a little less, even for South Campus. You should consider applying to other courses, where you do have a chance.
