Dear Devin, for being eligible to pursue your PG in Tamilnadu even for Government/Private/Management seats, you either should have completed your MBBS along with 1 year mandatory internship in Tamilnadu or you should have been a native of Tamilnadu but stufied MBBS outside Tamilnadu. In the second case you will have to produce a copy of the nativity certificate. As you do not fall in any of these, you cannot be eligible for applying for Tamilnadu State NEET PG Counselling
