Hey dear, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500  marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs college. Since you belong to sc category and expecting 430 marks so there may be some chance for you in mbbs college under state quota, cutoff varies every year, you can't be sure about the desired seat, just  stay in touch with counselling.
