I assume you are asking this in respect of GATE exam for ECE student to get into a PSU. This question do not have any single answer as different PSUs have different cutoffs and also the number of jobs available affects the cutoffs too.

In general you will be needing around 50-55 marks in GATE exam to be eligible for PSUs recruitment for the mentioned category.
