Hello,
As per my knowledge,i don't think that tfw quota will affect your rank.It can reduce your course fee but can't affect rank.Your rank can be affected as per caste categories not quota.So try to prepare hard for wbjee and for more details regarding caste category you may visit wbjee website.

It will not affect your rank. You will given the merit rank based on your performance in WBJEE. TF status is beneficial as you will have waiver of tuition fees only.
