Since you are an OCO which is Overseas Citizin of India and have completed your 1st to 12th standard in Karnataka, you are eligible to apply for KCET which is Karnataka Common Entrance Test. KCET is conducted by the Karnatka Examinations Authority for admissions to various professional courses in colleges in Karnataka.
