Yes, you are eligible and can apply for M.Sc Cancer Biology. Following is the eligibility criteria by fulfilling which a student can apply for MSC in cancer biology.

A good honours degree or equivalent in biomedical science, molecular biology, biotechnology, biology, physiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, or pharmacy with a core biology content.
