There are few exams you can apply for M.Sc in chemistry-

1. You can give entrance exam of Delhi University.

2. You can write exams like JAM, Tifr for M.sc from IIT,
    Tifr, IISc.

3. You can also do M. S which is same as M.Sc from
    Abroad by giving GRE and Toefl exam

It depends on the university which you want to apply for

Some university grant admission into Msc based on Bsc aggregate marks. 

Based on the marks they form a merit list. 

Some university have their own entrance test to get into Msc
