Since you have asked this question months ago, I hope you have got admission in any decent university.

Some of the University which offers Distance learning in M.Sc Chemistry are Nalanda Open University, Dr. BR Ambedkar Open University, Annamalai University, etc. if you have not taken admission then application forms are available for admission in Annamalai university.
