Hello Sakshi, It depends on what course you are studying. Following is the basic procedure to calculate the best of four percent. You need to add at least one language course(which would most probably be English), one subject related to the course you are willing to take admission in(Ex: chemistry if you want BSC chemistry) and other two subjects you can add from your choice in which you have scored maximum.
