It does not matter if Mathematics is listed in fourth place in your marksheet. The eligibility is to purse B.Sc Computer Science is that you must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum passing percentage as specified by the college you are applying for. As long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria you will get admission and yes you can become software engineer depending your skills, education and company you are applying.
