HI, I would say for Bcom you can prefer to IPU university and even Delhi University.
Why have you not preferred DU?
How much percentage you have scored or expecting in 12th?
Let me know incase you want to know about any other university options.

i am expecting 75-80%, please suggest me good colleges other than ipu and du in northern area.??

In North India,
DU is the best.
Colleges like
DCAC
LSR
SRCC
are some of the top colleges.

Others are:
LPU
SMS, Gurgoan
DPG College
Jindal Global School
