i am direct 3 rd year in distance education. University told me that you are not eligible for consolidate marksheet. Due to this how can apply for a government job.

If your university don't offers the Consolidated Marksheet then its completely ok & you can provide your semester wise marksheets. In most of the examination, having graduation is just an eligibility criteria & in most cases, the marks don't matter. So if you wish to get into a Government Job suddenly there is no such mandatory rule about the Consolidated Marksheet. If its mentioned in your job option, that you need to submit the consolidated marksheet, then contact the regional office of the conducting authorities & get it discussed, they will provide you information if there is any other way out.
