If you would like to work in the field of statistics and become a researcher or professor and publish a lot of research related to statistics then the ideal space is to go to Indian Statistical institute and specialise in statistics and build up a career.

If you wish to work in a corporate organisation where your knowledge of statistics could be used either in market research or it could be used in domains like data analysis or data sciences as a part of the IT department then you should look for doing an MBA. In  MBA itself, you can look for areas like supply chain management, business analytics because the foundation of statistics will be very useful for you.
