Well, you cannot apply in DU LLB entrance exam. The minimum marks are required in graduation is 50%. But for the SC category, the minimum marks are required is 40% and for OBC it is 45%. 

If you belong with SC or OBC category than of course, you will apply for the DU LLB entrance exam.

No you shall not be eligible as minimum 50%graduation marks are required from recognised University for eligibility into DU LLb course.
