Although you are eligible for Techno India but the Minimum Eligiblity criteria for taking admission is that you must have at least  60% aggregate of marks from a recognized board of education in your class 12th examination.

In wbjee you need to pass the board examination to get admission in any government or private. As per your rank as it us showing you have got techno india then you can go and take admission there by submitting your application and papers. If you want better college go for the next round
