Hello Varun
The cutoff for JEE Advanced yet to be announced by NTA. So, according to previous year cutoff which is 74 percentile for general EWS, you are eligible to write JEE Advanced exam. But, the cutoff percentile changes every year and it also changes in 2020 as the competition is high, so there are chances that cutoff percentile will go high for this session. So, you may or may not get eligible to write JEE Advanced. It only depends on cutoff which is yet to be announced by NTA.
Hope this helps and all the best.
