Unless you click on "Submit" you should be able to make changes to your application whatsoever. You can delete the uploaded image and re-upload the correct image. It might not be due to the wrongly uploaded image. Try clearing the cache, browsing history, passwords, restart the device, relogin and try again. It looks more of a technical issue than anything else.
