Hiii e vinayaka hope you completed your mbbs with full of joy and knowledge....now coming to the point ...if you want to be any state local public than according to law you have to buy a house or pay the electricity bill their.you should have voter ID card of that particular state now if you have any thing mentioned above in Karnataka than congratulations you are now local Karnataka but if you have not than you are local andhrapradesh....
