It is difficult to tell you the exact admission possibilities because every year, cutoff varies due to several reasons, however from this year AIIMS will be filling their seats from NEET 2020 score instead of taking separate entrance exam  therefore it will be soon to tell anything precisely but if we consider previous year cutoff of general category it was around 98.8334496 and this year we can expect it around 99.0014978.
