As per your score in jee mains 2019 it is difficult to get NIT Patna. Generally minimum rank required for getting into NIT Patna with any branch is below 20000 under obc category as per last year cutoff respectively .

Based on the previous year cutoff, the closing rank in NIT Patna was 21,608 for OBC-NCL, with home state quota in 2018 that too for Mathematics.The cutoff for CSE was around 8,000.

NITs are one of the best engineering colleges in India. The competition for these colleges is pretty difficult. The admission here is done on the basis of JEE Mains score. 

The cutoff for CSE in NIT Patna closed at around 8200 (state quota, OBC) in 2018. While for civil engineering, the cutoff went upto around 18000.

The cutoff for any of the branch didn't exceed 20000 mark for OBC category. As you have scored 72100 rank, you won't get a seat in NIT Patna. Neither can you get any of the NITs in India.
