Yes, you are qualified for taking admission in any NIT or IIITs.

According to NTA, a candidate must obtain more than 75% of marks in class XIIth examination or should be among top 20 percentile of tge students who appeared for tge examination. As you have scored more than 75% marks, you are eligible to get admission in NITs or IIITs.
