Neet examination is a common entrance examination to get into any government and private medical colleges for undergraduate courses. 

To get into a government colleges for mbbs with your category it might not be possible but you can try for second counselling as the required marks to get into the government colleges for your category is 400+.

For bds government colleges, you have a chance as the minimum eligible marks required for your category student is 350. You can get into these colleges but less prominent ones.

Same as bds, the minimum cutoff marks for students of your category is 350+ and you do have a chance in government bams colleges.

But I have one doubt.is the admission for bams, bds based on marks?not based on rank?I got 77970 category rank in neet exam . Can you say what are my chances.please reply
