Hi aspirant, since you have 12000 rank in JEE Advance so you OBC rank most probably lie in between 3500-4500 range in this range it is difficult to get the premier branches like CSE, IT etc but you can definitely get the branches like Ceramics, Petrolium, Mining etc.
