Hi Chirag,
I'm very sorry to say that 330/720 in NEET 2019 is very low and getting a government MBBS seat in Rajasthan or any other state with a GEN or OBC category through NEET merit is impossible. Although if you're from the SC or ST category there might be chances in your state, Rajasthan, although All India Quota seats are totally out of reach at the moment with such low marks.
