Yes you are but It depends how you score on your boards exams and to calculate your cut off for DU, 2.5% of marks will be deducted from your total marks.

In DU, admission in done on the basis of merit.
According to the eligibility
The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.
