Dear Deepika, in 2018, under State Quota, 256 marks secured a seat in PSG Institute of Medical Sciences under SC Category. Now that is 2018 data.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it is speculated that the cut offs in Government Medical Colleges will go higher by 25 marks. In such case,  a seat in a Government Medical College with 208 is difficult.
