Sorry to say but 230 is really a low score . But you can still try your luck as cutoff's for SC/ST are really low , so if you are eligible for counselling Go for it... And if not dont lose hope , you can go bachelor's degree in science or any other stream or you can go for NEET 2019 .

With the score of 230 in NEET UG ,You have a very low chance of getting a government medical college even if you belong to SC category.
And if you wish u can try a year more or go for other streams like bds, bhms etc.
