Hello,

The admission in every state colleges depend upon few factors through which the process take place, and the seats of colleges in a particular state is divided in to two quota ie, 1. Home state quota and 2. Other state quota now talking about the percent of Home state quota is 85% which can be avail by the students of that particular state and left 15% is Other state quota which can be avail by the students form outside of that state. So if you wan’t to be in 85% quota you should have a Domicile certificate of that state which will be your proof, hence without this document you can’t be in that particular category.
