Hello, your category rank would definitely help you. Getting CS in any Nit is a diffult task as  cutoff for CS  is very high.
Chances may be there in some new Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur but all things depends on cutoff and cutoff changes every year.

So, apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling and wait till last round of Csab counseling.
