We all have heard about this year's Rank Inflation. Almost everyone has been affected.
Had your score of 497 been in NEET 2018, you could have easily got a seat in a Govt. Medical College but as far this year's Rank vs Marks is concerned, I would say your chances are quite bleak.
Let me tell you that in 2018, the last UR Category student to get in through the gates of a Govt. Medical College in the state of West Bengal had a rank of about 29k. And looking at your score, I can predict about your rank to be approximately 53k.

That is a total gap of around 24k All India Ranks.
Its really tough to get in through this year friend.
