Below is list of colleges in West with marks required last year for general category under state quota :
Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan:- 500
Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata:-503
North Bengal Medical College, Sushrutanagar:-485
RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata:- 517
Bankura Sammilani Medical College, Bankura:- 476
ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata:- 471
So dear with 497 marks in neet you still have chanceto get government medical college.
