Hi Nishi,
With 430 marks in NEET, your chances of getting government BAMS under All India Quota  are there based on previous year's cutoff but as seen this year, cutoffs are coming out to be quite high, so you cannot be sure about this. However your score is good enough to fetch you a government seat under state quota. This is in reference to general category and if you are from any other category, your chances will be higher.
