     So, I'm sorry to say that you will not get any fee reimbursement as you are studying in Pondicherry which is in Tamilnadu and doesn't come under Andhra Pradesh. Being a student hailing from Andhra Pradesh, you will be eligible to get fee reimbursement only if you study on the respective state.
