According to the Rank Predictor tool., your 663 to 1,363 considering you are from the Unreserved category. As per the previous year cutoff trends, here are some of the NLUs you can consider - 

• RGNLU Patiala - closing marks - 110, closing rank - 1050 
  
• NUALS Kochi - marks - 108, rank - 1200
  
• CNLU Patna - marks - 104.5, rank - 1600
  
• NLUO Cuttack - marks - 104.5, rank - 1600
  
• MNLU Mumbai - marks - 110, rank - 1050
  

Although the cutoffs are supposed to be higher this year, you can still consider these NLUs if your actual score comes as per your expected or maybe even better.

                For   CLAT2019 the merit was high as compared to previous year. Thus the cutoff will also be high for ir all NLUs.

                  With this score and general category you may not get into one of the top NLUs in the country but yes you may certainly get a NLU around the country.
