Hello
You didn't mention your category,  so I am assuming you from general Category.
Last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general category in west bengal was 479 marks and it was for Maldah Medical College, Maldah.
so unluckily dear with your marks  , you cannot get a seat in Government Medical College.
thankyou
Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.

For sc category,  marks that fetched a seat under state quota last year is :-
North Bengal Medical College, Sushrutanagar:- 367

Bankura Sammilani Medical College, Bankura:- 356
Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan:- 374
so you still have chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College with your marks.
