As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend if you belongs to general or obc category then forget about the government medical colleges, but if you belongs to sc or st category then you can hope for the government medical colleges in the Madhya Pradesh state under the state quota benefit.

For general category almost all the colleges have their cutoff more than 500+ closing so no chance for you and same for the obc have around 480+.
