Hello Aspirant! No you can't get any branch in any of the IIT's with this marks of yours even if you're from ST category. The cutoff marks for getting a IIT are as follows:
For General: 126
For SC: 63
For ST: 63
For OBC-NCL: 114
For PwD: 63
As you don't qualify the cutoff marks for getting an IIT, you can't get one.
