Last year rims last cutoff was 124 state rank 10606 all india rank and 536 marks in neet 2018 this year it may vary by 10-15 marks u chances are fair but till 2nd round under state quota.  I said may marks vary but chances of going cutoff high are only 40% most probable it will around 540-545 no need to listen others advice as I have attended last year counseling and I had talked  last girl who got rims in 2nd round counseling in general category.  Congratulations u have quiquite good score 90% of getting rims all the best for ur medical journey becoz u will confirm get mgm jamshedpur

It would be difficult to tell you your exact chances as cutoffs vary from year to year depending on various factors like no. of candidates appearing for the exam, no. of seats available, difficulty of the exam and the top NEET scores. The previous year state quota OBC cutoff for Rajendra institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi was around 550 only. So your scores are on borderline. Hope for the best.
